SHIPPINGS & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Glass Mania Studios understands that you want to receive your products as soon as possible. We cut most items to order although at times we might have backstock of more popular items that can decrease the processing times. If the shop experiences any delays they will be communicated to our customers.

 

 Processing Times: Processing of your order generally takes 7-10 days, this is the time frame for cutting your order. Occasionally there might be times when the processing is extended. These will be vacation and times of heavy volume orders, for instance Christmas. This is an estimate of the time it takes me to create and ship your order. Special Orders require longer processing times. If there is a delay in the processing time I will reach out to you to inform you of the delay. I strive to ship on time I know how it is to be excited about what you have purchased and want to get it without delay. 

Estimated Delivery Dates: The dates provided for delivery are just an estimate. Please be aware that the shop has no control over any shipping service. I will adhere to my timeframes for shipping and will provide you with tracking once your order has shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns: Returns are gladly accepted if received within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition. 

Order Cancellations: The shop does not accept order cancellations. Please use care when ordering glasses by COE.

Customs and Import Taxes: The buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to items purchased. The shop is not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Missing Shipments and Damages

Shipping Issues and Delays: There may be times when shipping is delayed by the carrier which is out of the shops' control. If your order is delayed, please first track your package with the tracking number that was provided, when we shipped your order. If there is an issue with the package then reach out to us and we can look into the issue for you. This process may take some time but we are committed to you receiving your product on time. 

Damaged Product on Delivery: Damaged products on delivery without the shipping box being damaged occur very rarely since Glass Mania Studios packages our products to minimize the chance of damage. If there are broken items without the box being damaged, please email us and send pictures of the damaged pieces. Your items will be replaced as soon as possible. 

Damaged Items by Carrier: Please understand damages by the carrier happen and are out of our control. Glass Mania Studios will ask that you supply pictures of the damaged box and items to open a case with the carrier. You must hold onto the damaged box and product because the carrier may ask to inspect it. Once we have the pictures of the damage from you we will open a claim with the carrier and work on getting your new order processed.
